Overview

At Crizelonpluzarin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unused candles for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all labels and tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@crizelonpluzarin.world or call +15706293388 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RA number and your order number in the package
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a candle for a different scent or size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Processing Time

Return processing times may vary. Generally, once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
